Winix top product C535 air purifier on sale at a GREAT price on Walmart. Bought 2 units when they last had this sale and plan on buying more this time around. Perfect for ease of mind with COVID and also a AWESOME helper for wildfire smoke and odors.

Have the 5500, bought on Amazon for significantly more with the same CADR square footage rating. I used it in a bedroom during allergy season, before getting full-blown allergy shots, to great effect. Two of these in a larger living area later almost completely eliminated the need to dust. Highly recommended.

Bonus: Actually detected a fart, turned red, and cleaned it up :-D

Had one for almost 2 years, I put it in my bedroom. They are super quiet during the night, the indication light is not bright at all. Very happy with it.

I bought the Coway Airmega on sale 2 weeks ago. I have had it running for less than a week and can't tell a difference. Should I return it and get this Winix instead? Anyone who's had experience with both care to share their opinion?

Pretty sure the coway outperformed this one by a super slight margin. So slight I'd reckon you definitely won't feel a difference between the two if you don't see and improvement with one. Make sure you room isnt too big, about 350sqft is what I saw on the box for one of these. Also idk pay attention the dust particles flying when sunlight shines in the room. Seems like that would be the Simplist way to see a difference

Does it come with the same number of filters as Costco? If not, is there any reason to spend $30-$60 more to get it from Costco, besides returns?
