Same here. Since I was doing a bunch of other stuff on PC, I thought I'd try their support chat. Currently it's at 55 minutes and still no rep. I only check sporadically since I have minimal hope of being connected before I get my lunch.

Is there anyone else out there that uses the walmart.com login for vudu normally that is having issues loggin in since the merge? I spent over an hour on the phone with Vudu and even reset Walmart password and still cant get in my account. Finally the support guy said to just give it more time.

My fandangonow email is/was different than Vudu so I am wondering if somehow that is the issue.

Have already tried another brower, Windows app version, and incognito mode

Yes but now its jacked up my Vudu login so I am waiting a bit longer until merge completion email comes. My suggestion is merge one and make sure it completes before doing another one. If you run into issues call Vudu.

could be different emails. I use same email but different PW since walmart account was hacked once. It seemed to transfer once but I didn't have much of anything on Fandango. They screwed me once with rental and I never got over it. I'm not big movie nut and maybe some transferred since I looked.

This is good to know. The Vudu FAQs say that FandangoNow gift cards will work in Vudu but I have not had a chance to add mine to my account. It also says that gift cards can be stored in the Vudu account. From your experience it sounds like that is true, which is a huge improvement over FandangoNow.

Same here, my vudu (via walmart login) and fandango emails were the same and after initiating the merge I can't login to vudu via walmart on any device/browser. I've confirmed my walmart login working on walmart.com but not reset the password or tried contacting any customer support.

I was finally able to login using my Walmart credentials, so patience is the best action. Now contemplating a purchase with that 30% off.... The Long Halloween PT 1 is currently in the lead.
