Makes sure you are picking the ratchet as the free item. If not the discount is smaller.

That's how the site works. It'll let you cancel mail items not pickup.

You can text their support number and they'll cancel it for you. I've done it a few times.

I guess it's best to do the item you don't want for delivery and wanted item for pickup.
Perhaps I should wait for the item to ship to cancel the pickup item so they don't accidently cancel both?
