I have been stalking the price on this and the X900H series TVs. I have yet to pull the trigger because we are still waiting to see if/when they deploy the VRR and ALLM updates. The best guess right now is December but nothing official yet.

I saw that, but also saw the comments that said the Accidental coverage guarantee only covers you if they can find a technician in your area. If they cannot, then they refund you the purchase price of the warranty. Meanwhile, the Costco one comes with a 5-year warranty and the backing of Costco. I ended up doing Costco for the ability to return it hassle-free if there are issues.

I just bought this today at Costco bc they give the free 3 year Allstate coverage that kicks in after the Costco 2 yr coverage for a total of 5 years coverage. Plus Costco has the most generous return policy.

If I hadn't got the A8H in June I'd probably be pretty into this one.

This one's, cue Larry David's voice pretty, pretty, prett-y good.

How good is the picture? I have a 3 year old TCL tv that has given me no problems. All televisions that are in stores are set on display mode so they all have a clear and bright picture. I'm just wanting a television with a good clear picture and won't pay a crazy price for a OLED television.
