This NOT intended to be a hunting bow. This is a youth target shooting bow that is used as part of the NASP program in schools around the country.
It is a great bow for kids and adults to learn on. Chances are, if you go take a beginner archery class, this is what you will be shooting with.
They are also pretty easy to maintain and get parts for if needed.

If you're really wanting to get into archery I recommend something like the Diamond Infinite Edge https://diamondarchery.com/bows/i...dge-pro-2/ it's adjustable from 5-70 pounds. Great starter bow that can definitely be used to hunt with if desired.

This is a great price for this bow. As someone said this is the only bow that can be used in school NASP programs from 4th-12th grade. Thats one of the best parts of achery in the schools program, you can buy them one bow in 4th grade and use the same bow all the way through 12th, with the ocassional string replacement.
I've also had some students say they have used them to bowfish with, but I've never personally tried it to see how well it actually does though.

It's a decent bow to learn on. Doesn't have a defined back wall. Other than that I couldn't find any issues with them.

"right handed" bow is a silly way to describe a bow. You should buy a bow based on which eye is dominant, not whether you're right or left handed. Here's a simple test to determine which eye is dominant:

You're right.
A few years back I had to take my daughter to archery for girls Scouts program.
So instead of waiting for her for two hours, I decided to rent a bow and arrows for target practice.
I got hooked up after that and started going with my daughter.
It's really fun.
