I'll keep everyone posted. I paid my bill with two separate transactions of greater than $37.50. Let's see....✌🏽. Thanks for the info. I'm so lazy I don't want to log in to my chase account to read the terms. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life right now. I've been spending too much money lately. I don't need a reminder by logging in and seeing it.
says at least, not exactly
does this work if you pay your monthly wireless bill with the card?

Please make sure you order at least a single item of $37.50 or more. Not just the whole order of $37.50. I used a similar offer of $35 cashback when two purchases of $17.50 or more were made. Chase screwed me because AT&T sent me products separately and so charged my credit card separately for each product, even though order total was more than $17.50 . Chase customer service was so stupid that they couldn't even see the offer anywhere, while we as a customer were able to see the offer. I had to argue quite a bit to talk to supervisor. He took the request, and told me that they'll send me the update by mail. I received the mail last week, and they said that since transactions were not more than $17.50, so, they won't give the cashback, which is what I was trying to explain the customer service at the first place. I lost so much of time and energy arguing with those people that I just didn't bother to pursue further. It was one of the worst credit card customer service I ever experienced. It was a chase AARP card.

The problem was not on Chase side, that amount just couldn't trigger the offer, regardless which Chase card you had. The problem was on AT&T's side, the only thing you could do was avoiding purchase small priced items in a single order, unless AT&T updates their system and stops splitting orders.

How easy is it to get them in store to split your purchase on multiple cards?
I have this on 2 cards. I could buy Apple AirPod pro and split it into 4 transactions (2 cards) and basically get $150 off a pair.
AirPod pros are overpriced but still a decent discount.

Yes, it won't trigger the deal. I had first hand experience with this during the previous deal (I think it was two transactions of more than $17.5 to get $35 credit). My first order was magnetic charger for iPhone which was greater than the amount and it qualified. However, my second order had two different items to make up the total $17.5. AT&T split the second order when they charged the credit card. I think there is a sentence in the terms for this deal that basically says to contact Chase if the transaction is split. I did this and spoke to an agent. They took some time to investigate and ultimately concluded that my second purchase is not eligible. So I ended up placing a third order for more than $17.5

Got eemmmm

I know that AT&T should do better with respect to order. AT&T messed up the order, and thats why I wanted to talk it out with chase customer service. But chase customer service was terrible. The customer service associate out rightly denied that there is no offer, and just stopped short of saying that I am lying. It was very frustrating. She eventually connected me to the supervisor. The most annoyingly funny thing was that she couldn't see that offer at all, while I was able to see that in my account, and they have to create a support ticket and another department had to check and review, and then they'll let me know.

I've ordered some accessories from AT&T during a similar deal a few years ago, and I got all of my items, but after reading about many potential issues with orders being cancelled or orders being split up and therefore not qualifying for the cashback in this thread, I think that I'm just going to go with my plan B.

And my plan B is I'm simply going to go to an official, physical AT&T store and buy the stuff there.

I'll have to go twice, or make 2 separate purchases, but there's no rush as this deal doesn't expire until 43 days from now.

Nobody's going to be able to cancel or change my order after I walk out of the store with the items already in my hand.

There is also 5% cashback for accessories - in case you are spending on accessories - if you know where to look for cashback.

So, this is what I'm doing…

I ordered 2x 4 Airtag - White for $99 each. With tax in CA, $108'ish.

I'll end up with 8 Airtags for $216.

Sell 1x 4-pack for $100, so = $116

Chase $75 credit. = $41 total spent and I end up with 4 Airtags.

JBL Go 3 x 2 since it's 39.99, which came to $11 out of pocket for both combined. It got rated really well and seems like a good, compact speaker, to travel with.

Just come back from a AT&T store, disappointed! Only thing they have in store are overpriced phone cases, nothing like a TMobile which has most popular accessories listed out and in stock.
