It does take some time, I'd give it until the return period for the items are almost up. I did this with my chase card and worked fine, took like 2 weeks for the back back credit. I'm doing it on my second card and offer still shows "Added" after a few days.
Looking back at this deal from the past, it always expires early and then says "transaction must be completed by" a later date.
People never report on whether they got it after the offer expired, but before the transaction date.
Anyone in a similar boat as me? This really sucks. Thanks in advance.
WTF!!!
Working on this deal sucked. I wish I had found this thread before I started working on it because I made all the mistakes possible.
1) Initially bought several items in one order for $37.50+. Items were billed as individual charges as they shipped. Chase customer service *may* have a way to have them reviewed by Marketing but the rep got lost and didn't complete my request. So I went through hoops with AT&T to arrange a return. If not an AT&T customer, have to dig deep and get transferred to the Back Office department. Their system is set up to ask the customer information first, and if a non-customer, noone knows how to proceed (except 1 back office person who helped me). The return was paid by AT&T.
2) Then I re-did the offer. I have 2 chase cards so looking to buy 4 items. On my Freedom, successfully purchased two separate items to fulfill the requirements. However on the Sapphire, I tried to purchase the exact same items twice online. Order 1 went through. Order 2 my card declined and couldn't complete. It seems to have tripped an AT&T fraud alert because I can no longer use that card to buy through AT&T. Chase states the order was approved so it's on AT&T end.
3) I'm going to see if I can get the card unblocked through AT&T. If not I'll return item 1 and weep my lost time and effort.
On top of it, I realized i never got the similar offer from back in December 2020 due to ordering multiple items. So that sucks. My fault, but now I know.
Recommendations:
Purchase 2 DIFFERENT items that total $37.50 each after tax, in 2 transactions.
I went to a store.

Should've skimmed this thread, you'd know not to order multiple items for shipment, they always split the items.

I had two credit cards with this offer. So I went to a store, bought an airpod pro, and had the staff split the cost 4 ways. Ended up getting the airpod pro for $100 ($250-$150).
I read in another website that the offer is only valid for use under 1 card within the same account log in. But I couldn't find that language in Chase's info print.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I've had it on my Freedom Unlimited and CSP cards, though CSP offer expired before Unlimited offer showed up, anyways both worked and obviously the same login.
Just wondering if I should bug Chase about this or it's coming since I did it in October.
