Well, I'm also in the same boat now with pretty much same scenario. I'm not able to make any purchase online or in-store for the second transaction over $37.50 as it is blocked. Chase confirmed that there were no hold/restrictions on my card and don't see any charges come through. AT&T says they don't block and that I should contact the credit card company.
Have either of you been able to resolve the issue after it's blocked? Thanks.
Here is the error I get after clicking Continue button "Payment-B-1001. We were unable to validate your payment. Make sure you've entered your info correctly and try again" and after a couple of retries "Uh-oh! Something went wrong
