What did you guys say to escalate the issue? Anybody get any responses?
$75 Cashback just got posted in my chase Sapphire card. One of the purchase transactions posted as ARC team/something, not AT&T. Was planning to return because of that. Still Cashback came through. May be chase has a internal way to track it, it looks like.
Anyone in similar situation, wait for Cashback, if you got the return time period.

Did your order come with something to use to return? Mine only came with order confirmations which the employees couldn't use to process a return.

Try returning in a different store. They have changed their return policies. You can return it in any store, which works for you.

When you said earlier it said "Austin" was that with ARC?
For mine it just says the word Melville. I still haven't gotten anything. It's been over 2 weeks now.

I returned the items to the store, which said Austin.Other one was ARC, which was the second transaction done on Oct 31. My first order was online and it posted correctly as ATT/something. It should work, if it is within the last date Nov 1. Similar thing happened with my BoFA card also. That also worked.
I had my order split so I had to return them. I'm not an ATT member so they didn't give me any way of returning in store. Shipped my items on the 6th, got to some shipping agent on the 12th and my tracking hasn't updated since.
Yes you can return it in any store. Carry the receipt which came with the items. They would need that to process the return. In some stores, heard that the manager had to do some approval/ something for these types of returns. But it can be returned.
