$75 Cashback just got posted in my chase Sapphire card. One of the purchase transactions posted as ARC team/something, not AT&T. Was planning to return because of that. Still Cashback came through. May be chase has a internal way to track it, it looks like.
Anyone in similar situation, wait for Cashback, if you got the return time period.

Anyone returned if no credit received or after receiving credit and got a store credit? I had it on WF card waiting for cashback after over a week.

My order was split up too. I went to an AT&T store 3 times in the past week trying to return the items but was told the manager was not available to sign off for the returns.

Did your order come with something to use to return? Mine only came with order confirmations which the employees couldn't use to process a return.

Try returning in a different store. They have changed their return policies. You can return it in any store, which works for you.

For mine it just says the word Melville. I still haven't gotten anything. It's been over 2 weeks now.

Also, what date did you make the 2nd purchase?

I returned the items to the store, which said Austin.Other one was ARC, which was the second transaction done on Oct 31. My first order was online and it posted correctly as ATT/something. It should work, if it is within the last date Nov 1. Similar thing happened with my BoFA card also. That also worked.

Damn you, AT&T. Ordered 2 USB-C cables and they sent 2 USB-A cables instead. Any feedback about returning online orders to store would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had my order split so I had to return them. I'm not an ATT member so they didn't give me any way of returning in store. Shipped my items on the 6th, got to some shipping agent on the 12th and my tracking hasn't updated since.

Yes you can return it in any store. Carry the receipt which came with the items. They would need that to process the return. In some stores, heard that the manager had to do some approval/ something for these types of returns. But it can be returned.

Thanks everyone. I'll try my chance in store tomorrow. Will go for an exchange first with the hope that it'll go smoother. I chatted with AT&T and they provided a return label, but taking care of it in a store would be more ideal, since I'm not an AT&T customer, and I don't want to reach out to their customer service more than I have to.

I returned 2 items yesterday at a Corporate store as they have been posted under different retailer names. I am not an AT&T customer and the store rep made me wait for a manager as I did not have a store receipt as I bought them online for in store pick up. The manager initially indicated they need a receipt so I called the store where I picked up the item and they said they don't give a receipt and I should be able to return with the web order number. The manager then processed the returns using the web order number without any issue. There is no special override or approval as the manager just selected the online order and entered the order number and then processed the return. It's just that they don't want to process the returns for non customers as there is no incentive for them.
