This was the best deal I could find. I got 3X the 1-year Gold. Added to my account. Added 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate, and my 3 years of Gold was upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate. So, for $150 (NewEgg deal) + $15+tax (Game Pass), I was able to get 3 years of Game Pass Ultimate. I had done this 2 years ago with a $1 charge to upgrade to Game Pass. My subscription expired yesterday, so I was glad to do this deal today. If I couldn't get the $50 Gold deal from NewEgg, I was going to purchase from Costco for $55.

Was your subscription that ended yesterday a Gold one? If you've had a Game Pass Ultimate subscription and it's expired can you buy the Gold and convert again?

Agree. A few years ago $30 was good, now almost double. My minuscule 2% annual raises can't keep up. Blame Covid. Lol

So this is still possible?



It seems like the only change is that instead of $1 it now cost $15 to upgrade the entire 3 years.

kids live just ran out, bought this added to my account and upgraded to ultimate for $1 for the entire year. Thanks for the heads up!!!

No. It will only add 4 months of ultimate if memory serves. Let your ultimate run out first, otherwise there are usually cheaper deals to add ultimate. Last BF iirc it was 3 months for like $20 from target?

Yes, you just have to make sure ultimate expires prior to doing it, otherwise it will just convert the gold to the ultimate using their conversion, which would only add 4 months of ultimate for a year of gold.

Yes that is correct, if you have done the $1 conversion in the past it will now be $15 (the 1 month price). Conversely you can find a code for 1-3 months for cheaper per month than the $15 and do the conversion that way.
