Bought this a couple weeks ago, look at the pictures. Right on the blades and packaging is says made in Italy.

For how deep, raise the arbor all the way to top and measure from the center of the spindle to the top of the table that the wood slides on. If 3 inches, you will have 1.5 inch maximum cut, etc.

PS: Working and getting ready for an appointment, I cannot wrap my mind around if the center or top of spindle, but you will be within 5/16" of maximum.
My dado stack doesn't require a center chipper at the minimum, just a spacer if only using inner/outer.

Only times a 6" set hasn't been able to cut what I need is when using a crosscut sled or some other jig that raises the workpiece off the table.

I use this dado on mine. I ordered a special throat plate, but you could probably make one if you really wanted too.

If your new making a throat plate for your dado set would be a pretty good project for learning.

Its pretty simple and it can serve as a small confidence booster when using the plate.

Plus youll save $40.

Use this with my Dewalt 10" DW745. Easy to swap out, good blade and carry case. Made a wood throat plate for it. I can only stack to about 1/2" wide due to arbor length, which isn't a problem for me. Mfg does not recommend using any dado for that model saw but I haven't had any issues. Use progressive depth on harder woods.

I had to order one through my local Milwaukee dealer. It took a few weeks to get in. If you want to make one yourself just search for "table saw zero clearance insert" on youtube. There are plenty of videos on how to do it.

this is the data: 6" is the diameter, radius is 3", so your 10" blade is 5" in radius. Whatever depth you cut is going to be 2" shorter now. Plus check your arbor length to se if it fit these many stack of blades and you will need to replace/make a new throat plate. I see pictures online and your arbor looks too short.

Seems there's conflicting info because on Amazon's written description it says "Country of Origin is China".
See attached pic or Amazon's page.
But then again, Amazon's info page says the product dimensions are 1" x 1" x 1", so I'd tend to believe what's printed on the blade itself.

Chipper, spacer, something to keep the left and right teeth from touching on this set. On a true running saw, a spacer will leave a bit of hair where that spacer is and expect that is why these cheaper dado sets are betting on cheaper saws that have a little run out (wobble) to clean up what the spacer leaves. The Amana dado set I have does not use spacers.

The teeth overlap even with spacers on every set I've used, they don't touch because you offset them. Spacers are necessary to reduce the number of different width chippers you need to achieve a wide range of cut widths. Amana sells dado shim sets for their blades too.

My hand got infected by an evil spirit and has turned against me... would you recommend this blade, or should I get the chainsaw from the shed to remove the hand? Appreciate any advice.
