For anybody that decides to actually use the "extended" part of this oil and try to go 15-20k miles on it, often on engines designed for 5-6k mile oil changes, make sure you check your oil every couple thousand miles. It's not uncommon to burn up to 1/2 quart of oil during a normal oil change interval. Extend that out and you may find yourself low on oil risking your engine if you don't check and top up.

I personally haven't had an issue yet. I plan to submit the rebates right when I get the oil so I have 90 days to return if the rebate doesn't arrive. Kinda curious if I would have issues returning after submitting the rebates tho.

Anybody else got a "INCOMPLETE" message on their rebate? I sent in my email receipt that Walmart issued after I picked up my order. Apparently, that's not good enough for them. Will l have to do a return and rebuy at the store to get a store paper receipt?

FYI. Try not to buy online for store pickup. The confirmation order and picked up received from email does not show as a eligible receipt for me when I submitted my rebate online. Twice Mobil 1 rebate center have rejected it. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue. I didn't receive a pick up confirmation paper from the Walmart associate.

Now I have to do a return and purchase from in store.

I have the same issue. My rebate was rejected twice. So now I have to return the pick up order and actually go into the store and purchase two more. At the same time, I will take the new oil I purchased and return the online order. Stupid things like this makes me think twice how much time and gas I have to waste to save $30 in rebate. It will come down to like $20 in savings after driving back and forth and time wasted. Sheesh.

Had that happen to me doing an online order for a pick up at the store. I added other items to the order and I think it confused the rebate processors....I now just go to the store and purchase it...

In the Walmart app you can generate a "regular" (digital version of what you would get printed at the store) receipt for any online purchase. I have always used those to submit rebates.

Seems they always charge more for the 5W-20 because they know more cars require this. I'm not about to disagree with the builder, since I know proper operation of the valve train timing demands this.
