That's a good deal. I just got a 4 pack for $6.99 last week. It's only 10 grams of protein which isn't enough as a workout supplement, but because it is a totally clear protein drink, it qualifies for most pre-surgery/colonoscopy prep day uses and the protein actually does a good job keeping you feeling full when you are on an all-liquid fast.
I got a fifteen pack of these from Sam's Club last week (free shipping) for a little under $15, just to try them out, and I loved them so much that I bought eight more boxes.
I got sick (not covid) the other day, and these supported me through three days of not being able to eat. I was afraid they'd be weird, but they taste like Gatorade with a more full flavor on the back of the tongue. If you didn't know the whey was there, you wouldn't notice.
I think they'll be great for an in-between meal stopgap.
I'm on keto and the regular zero bottles has been a big help with electrolytes and my sodium deficiency. I drink them daily. I'll ty these as well
I'd recommend biosteel hydration drinks on keto. Taste awesome, like a Popsicle. uses stevia instead of sucralose if that's a thing for you and will help the sodium deficiency
