Found these on clearance at local HD. Obviously YMMV. Don't care what it is but seems like a hospital grade cleaner. It's only $0.50 a gal. They had about 20+ in my MA location.

I've used this for cleaning mold set into the grouted areas of a tiled shower. I have only purchased the spray bottle application size since I leave it with the client that I'm working for and they are interested in what I used to get the awesome results. Letting the sprayed product stay on the surface for about five minutes allows for minimal elbow work in brushing away the undesirable stains. I like the produced results of thos product and do recommend allowing the area to be ventilated while using and for a short period afterwards. Too bad this is not available around me, my sister just bought a house and the previous tenant was a hoarder. Quite the cleaning task ahead for her.

Put 1/8 cup/ gallon water of this and your favorite fragrant cleaner to have your sister's house interior germ free quickly. Home Depot sells it too if there isn't a Lowes local.
