Found these on clearance at local HD. Obviously YMMV. Don't care what it is but seems like a hospital grade cleaner. It's only $0.50 a gal. They had about 20+ in my MA location.

I've used this for cleaning mold set into the grouted areas of a tiled shower. I have only purchased the spray bottle application size since I leave it with the client that I'm working for and they are interested in what I used to get the awesome results. Letting the sprayed product stay on the surface for about five minutes allows for minimal elbow work in brushing away the undesirable stains. I like the produced results of thos product and do recommend allowing the area to be ventilated while using and for a short period afterwards. The directions are comical stating that it is only to be used in well ventilated areas since mold and mildew do not thrive in well ventilated areas. Below is the website description of the product. Too bad this is not available around me, my sister just bought a house and the previous tenant was a hoarder. Quite the cleaning task ahead for her.

Put 1/8 cup/ gallon water of this and your favorite fragrant cleaner to have your sister's house interior germ free quickly. Home Depot sells it too if there isn't a Lowes local.
