Log entirely out of your account or close the window, then go back into Samsung.com, and instead of logging in directly, click "Track Orders" or "My Orders". Log in from the Orders screen and everything will work.

If you're on Verizon it's slightly better to go through Best Buy. They are straight-up giving $300 off the phone with Activation. You still get the $200 Samsung Credit.
TMobile has their own $1000 off with trade-in but it's 36 month bill credits.
