If you're on Verizon it's slightly better to go through Best Buy. They are straight-up giving $300 off the phone with Activation. You still get the $200 Samsung Credit.
TMobile has their own $1000 off with trade-in but it's 36 month bill credits.
so technically, way less than $500
Rules for PAW / WOW Points:
Don't use ANY coupons (referral 5%)
Don't stack with RAK (granted, I did get it to stack with S21, but I think that loophole is fixed)
Don't add Samsung Rewards points to your order (redeeming reward points is a good way to get rejected I've read).
Heck, I got $179 back in WOW for Note 20 order with Note9 trade-in (30X points then too).
And WOW is as good as cash since you can use the points to buy Amazon.com gift cards through Best Buy.
Just remember you can only do 2 phones a year. But trade-ins are fine.
I got $42 back for my S21 (huge waste of my 2 phones a year) since I paid $150 out of pocket (30x wow points).
$139 last August for Note20 ULTRA paid $659 out of pocket not including WOW.
