Are you trying the shopsamsung app? Have you added education discount? There is a promocode "EPROMOTERMEM" that should apply to the order.
My point is.... You seem to be missing atleast one of the offer. The shopsamsung app also adds a charger adapter. Do you not have the reservation email?
