After all weekend I got this. I don't know if its good enough to change my galaxy note 10 plus.

I have 2 orders in. One for a Fold 3 and one Galaxy 4 watch placed last night and the second for Fold 3 and two Galaxy 4 watches placed this morning. Cannot cancel yesterday's order - either on app or on desktop. Phone status from yesterday is still Pre Order but the watch status shows as In Process - even though they are part of the same order. I chatted with customer service and asked if they could cancel but they could not. Said I would either need to refuse delivery or accept and start a return process.

I know this was mentioned previously, but worth repeating: if you use your Discover card through Paypal, and have activated this offer, then you receive 5% cashback up to $1500 in purchases. This can stack with any of the current CB offers. Also, just chatted with a Samsung rep and he offered me a $100 cash refund after the item ships not to cancel the order.

How did you get in touch with the rep? And what reason did you say you wanted to cancel for? I just contacted a rep and said that I received a 5% coupon from Samsung but they said I would have to cancel and reorder. I tried this on an earlier order I placed, which I cancelled, and am wondering if they keep track of these chats Smilie

Likewise. Seems you can't cancel if one of the add-ons is being boxed for shipping (in my case the 25w travel adapter)

after seeing all of these deals, i tried to cancel to upgrade to the 512 model and they said they can't cancel it.

Yeah, same here. It let me cancel the watch but not the phone because the charger and case are in processing. Just extra work to try to return.
