To answer your question not all items get 15%. It started about a year ago but a lot of items only get 5%, and some 10%. I'm not sure how exactly they determine it.

Yammy, last one was cacao butter and this one is oatmeal almonds. Can this be eaten as well? Just asking on behalf of a former president
