Charge it up before shipping and take pictures and a video of the watch starting up, just in case.
Edit: also, don't forget to power it down before sealing the box. You don't want the battery to die in case there is a delay in them getting to process your trade.

Exactly. I am waiting for the new WearOS before I buy any smartwatch. I want it to be a dick tracy smartwatch first, and a exercise data tracker second. If I can't respond to signal texts w/ voice/quick text, take a quick phone call, get my phone notifications, have some onboard storage for my spotify playlists, then it's not a smart watch.

- Most applications you already have installed on your smartphone likely have a Wear OS counterpart app (with some exceptions, of course). Some of our favorites include Google Maps and NavMusic. You can download apps directly on your smartwatch from the Google Play Store.
- Most Wear OS watches nowadays support Google Pay, the company's contactless payment system.
- Google Fit support. I am a runner, and the ability to push data to Strava is a key driver for me.
The Samsung Tigen app choices are limited, Samsung Pay on the watch has a hard time keeping up with Apple and Google, and Strava support inside Samsung Health has always been so-so.Sign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
