Cheapest prices in many years on some sizes of the Eheim heaters, according to Camelcamelcamel.
Depending on who you talk with, these may or may not be the best available although they've long been considered best or among the best. Take the reviews of any aquarium heater with a grain of salt since every heater with more than a couple reviews includes stories of fried fish. A factor to consider is that tiny cracks in the heater will cause water leaks and electricity flowing out into the tank.
Out of the various brands that I've tried, my Eheim and Fluval heaters have been the most reliable. This includes heaters that I've purchased within the last several years. Part of the reliability factor for me is that these didn't crack (and then leak) as easily as some of the cheaper options out there.
They're not bulletproof, but they do seem to be more forgiving when you forget to unplug immediately while changing water or accidentally bump against a decoration. Keep in mind that if you do knowingly or unknowingly create those tiny cracks in your heater, you will be very likely to have your own fried fish story to blame on your heater.

100W is $14.99, lowest ever per the camel.
You should always have a controller to protect against cooking fish anyway... so not as worried about some of the negatives.

Yeah, I only found it because I was searching the camel to see the price history on these. The 100 watt came up there. It id weird it's not on the same Amazon page.
I'm convinced these are harder to break than the majority of (or maybe all) others. They're not as user friendly as the digital options but they're like the basic old school product that we all mention when stuff breaks ( "they don't make them like they used to"). For this reason, I've had a camel alert for this specific model for several years. I have a few of these that I've been using for quite a while, some newer and some older but the quality seems consistent with all. In my experience, my Eheim heaters have been more resilient to little things that are bound to happen like getting bumped or forgetting to unplug BEFORE removing water (for a short time!). I'm sure they'll break like the others eventually but these just seem to be a bit tougher which is why I've been watching for a deal.
The main difference with these seems to be thicker glass than with most other options. Maybe there's something else that's helping to differentiate them too. With the same or less abuse to other brands, my heaters shattered/leaked/died.
There must be others out there that someone would say similar things about, and I'd be happy to know about them. For me, this has been a tough no frills heater.
Just sharing my experience. I'm not affiliated with Eheim or the seller.
These need to be treated as expendible goods, not something that lasts a lifetime. I replace mine every 2-3 years as a precaution. If you have expensive fish, I highly suggest having an external thermostat as a backup.

They turn off in low water. Probably helps keep it from braking quite a bit.
