Isn't this the company whose CEO plastered his social security number to the side of a truck and said no one could compromise his identity because of LifeLock.....and then someone stole his identity successfully?

Yeah I'm not so sure I'd be quick to give this company any business.

I signed up for a free 6 months or a year of this through Best Buy years ago. They had my social security number wrong and when I corrected them they claimed I needed to contact the federal social security administration to fix it. Everything they had wrong they said I had to fix it myself. If they can't even confirm who my employer is, and what my SSN is, they have no business trying to protect my identity.

I never followed up on that stunt of the guy giving SS out. Just thought it was the stupidest thing ever.

I've used Norton for years and when I saw they got LifeLock; I thought yeah that makes since for them to position themselves together.

But I never trusted them with my SS. Even as part of my paid service.

Good luck 🤞 to anyone using this.
