No, since this is an iOS app. Only the M1 allows installation of iPad apps.

Some iOS apps are usable on intel but you have to be running big sur and the developer has to recompile and upload an intel version. A lot of apple arcade games, for example, are usable on intel.

On an M1 mac all iOS ipad apps are installable without additional work required by the developer.

If they redo an iOS for intel, it's not an iOS app any more, it's a Mac app. It's not just a recompile.

The Apple Silicon Macs can run iOS versions of apps, but some don't just enable it. They still make a Mac app version.

For example, I've side-loaded the iOS version of Asphalt 8 on my M1 Mac and the Mac version of Asphalt 8 and there are differences (full-screen mode for another, some iOS features that make sense when tilting your handheld device don't make sense on stationary device).

On a side note, Asphalt 8 is a pretty good game and is coming to Apple Arcade (so no in-app purchases).

Could you figure out which of the two Android versions was the full or ad free version? They both are free (and maybe always are free?) And both seem to have the same description.
