great watch. wife has a pink version.

recommend G-shock GWM5610 for men. no bluetooth or hdmi, but a reliable doomsday watch.

Don't understand the love of this. As a fashion item or short term hardy time telling device...maybe. My wife had forgotten a few in a drawer in her parents house from about 20 some years ago. When discovered, they all had become brittle, fell apart or can be pulled apart by hand. In the mean while, my grand dad's Seiko from at least 50 years ago is still working after winding.

Get one of these two and you have G Shock syndrome covered, IMO.

I am a total noob that always wanted a G-Shock.

I am finally in a job where I can wear a watch, so I have been looking for a nice starter G-Shock to get.

In fact, I actually ordered DW9052 this morning! Haha. What is the difference between the GW/DW?

Would you be able to give me more advice on what is considered decent?

I really like the GA700, but all these model #s are confusing me so much.
