I just got 3 from my local HD. No tag to bring to the front but it was marked as $50 in the aisle. Went to the front cage and there they were. Brickseek said they had 3 and indeed they did. I checked BS 5 minutes after I checked out and it said that store was now out of stock. Pretty darn in sync. There's another store 28 miles away that BS claims to have 4, I'm going to check later today if I can squeeze it in.

Thanks OP. Not sure if I'm going to scalp 'em or use 'em. Great for me no matter what.

Yes, but they were in the cage so the associate had to ring them up for me, as soon as she saw 0.01 she said she could not sell them and they had to go back to sonos

Hit me up if you want to let one go -someone bought the ones at my local HD while i was on my way there... dude wouldn't save them "Don't worry, there's not a run on these"...I am an idiot for not pushing harder to put 2 aside.

At my HD there was a display on one of the aisles with various speakers. Must've been marked down for awhile as the $50 price was on the tag. Did have to take a paper that was there to the cashier to retrieve the actual product from the cage up front.

Funny enough, if you google the speaker, the first ad is Home Depot which has the $50 sales price, but clicking the link just takes you to a page where it's $199. (At least on iPhone)

Went to a store in Midland, TX. None on the shelf or tags for me to purchase but saw some behind the cage at the exit. Asked an associate to retrieve from cage for me and it didn't ring up. She got manager to come assist. After few minutes of waiting for manager to mess with inventory system, the manager told me she can't sell it to me because they marked it down to a penny already. So she can't sell it and remove all from inventory.
