Before making the choice about whether to go with various Ram + SSD option, I strongly suggest you watch the review video I've posted in the first post of this thread.
The 16GB Kit comes with two Single Rank 8GB modules (Ram chips only one side of the stick) which reduces the performance by certain degree as Ryzen Processors benefits from dual rank memory.
My recommendation will be buying the barebone and then get your SSD and Ram. They're charging extra $150 for 16GB Ram + 256GB SSD configuration which you can buy yourself. 256GB NVMe SSD can be found as cheap as $30-$40 if you look for the deals and 16GB kit will cost $60-$70.
PCIE 3. For PCIE 4, you need both CPU and chipset support PCIE 4. Unless they start using desktop chipset and BIOS, neither APU nor chipset support PCIE 4 and the laptop BIOS gives next to nothing to make changes.

Order cancellation is availbale before the product is shipped or produced. You will get a refund after a 2% platform handling fee.
Also USB is 3.0 only, and youre stuck with shitty Vega IGP. Also the M.2 wifi card location under the M.2 SSD will absolutely kill the wifi module due to heat. Plus no upgrade path and youre stuck with SODIMM RAM. Youre better off buying an SFFPC case and building a slightly bigger PC yourself.

This thing is leaving lots of performance on the table by only supporting 3200mhz ram. Zen 3 and it's fclk/Infinity Fabric matches up best with ddr3600, and possibly even 3800
Not sure if you know it or not, Zen 3 based laptop APUs, known as Cezanne, supports maximum 3200 MHz speed. You're confusing desktop Zen 3 processors with laptop APUs.

Ahh, that makes more sense, I did Google the processor info, but didn't find any fclk info

I don't think ram chips on what side always equates to single rank. Also when I was buying g a Ryzen laptop 2 months ago and doing research single rank compared to dual rank isn't cut and dry. In some instances single rank is faster and in other dual rank is faster.
I was wondering that also. I found listed in the FAQ that they will provide a link to download windows 10.
Provide a link? You can google it yourself. The bigger question is if it comes with a license. Otherwise you can't activate it after installing it and have to shell out $$$

These mini PCs are looking more and more attractive. I've gone M1 MacBook route and looking to get an x86 based machine to remote into for windows and Linux VMs. This would fit the Bill very nicely
