This is a great dehumidifier for the basement etc. Has a drain hose hook up for gravity drainage. Is a bit loud, but it is on sale. If you need one ASAP this isn't a bad deal. If you can hold off the sale price should get lower to $149.00

got this recently when it was on sale and then went deal of the day for $152.
a couple of thing to note if you havent ever used a dehumidifier. yes, it will make your eletric bill go up, especially if you run it a lot. we run it 2-3 hours in the morning to bring the humidity down and then let the central hvac take over. when it is operating normally it will put out some warmer dryer air and right before it turns off it will put out some cooler defrost air. also, best to run it at least once a month and not let it sit completely idle during the winter months.
