It's very very slow and old it's a $25 cpu

but again I assume that's under normal conditions. If you need to put a PC together right now and you just can't wait then I guess this is the best you can do unless you want to wait until Black Friday sales and see if major retailers somehow manage to get the 3200g back in stock (seems unlikely though as that's only 3 months away).
In the meantime I would strongly suggest putting yourself on the "back in stock" alert for the amd ryzen 3200g with Walmart and Newegg and B&H photo's websites and setting a camelcamelcamel alert on amazon for the "sold by amazon" (or if you want to take a chance on 3rd party sellers which from what I'm hearing can be really hit or miss) for the 3200g to go back in stock for $100 (or in amazon's case to set a camelcamelcamel price watch alert for that)...
I was very lucky in that Walmart sent me an in stock alert for the 3300x for $125 which I bought immediately ... my daughter's PC that I built luckily has a still functioning video card I snagged before the coronavirus epidemic so didn't need built in graphics on the CPU. So if your PC already has a video card whose performance you're happy with then put that on your list for in stock alerts too.

I was sorely tempted to buy this newegg combo ... desperately want to put together a budget PC with a CPU with integrated graphics for a dear family friend (getting even a halfway decent video card is very expensive and they're as hard to get a hold of as a "normal priced" CPU nowadays) ... but in the end I decided to hold off until the CPU shortage gets back to normal (they're saying that won't be until the year 2022 or 2023) and hope that I can snag a 3200g for $100 around then (or alternately the amd rzyen 3000g goes back down to $50 in price and I can snag a decent video card for around $50).

When/if things go back to normal, a chip swap is easy.
