I need to rinse off 2nd floor windows. If my water pressure is up to it, is this the best choice for reach? I don't wanna have to buy a pressure washer..

I'd recommend a brass hose jet nozzle.

Probably not. You need something with a smaller stream to reach higher.

This one looks adjustable though?

I have this nozzle. I bought it years ago when the packaging said made in the USA. Now these are made in China. They require a lot of water, both volume and pressure. Connecting it to my house hose bib, at 50 psi, the stream may shoot 10 feet. I use mine on a tractor to water trees. I tow a 500 gallon tank of water behind a tractor and have a pump on the PTO. I set the pressure at 125 PSI and the pump puts out 25 GPM. I can then shoot water about 50 feet and it looks like I am fighting forest fires.

I have one and you definitely need pressure. Def can't use those stretchy hoses. It's a nice nozzle otherwise but your thumb can reach the second floor too
