Yep, accidentally put order through even after it had said code expired and jumped in grubhub chat and since they canceled my order, I got $5 off the next one.

I contacted grubhub and got it sorted out after some actual trying to get it back.
The rep first tried to play off the upcharge as the original amount billed (email says otherwise), then offered 25% off my next order and I honestly couldn't believe any of this as a resolution. First its shady as hell and second why or how would I even trust my next order.
Asked for a refund for the upcharge and finally got it.
Was it a good experience? Narrator: It was not.
It was honestly my first time using grubhub and I have no faith in them keeping a bill straight.
P.S. - I noticed the upcharge when I was checking my paypal spending. Nice surprise.
Also, even though I was pissed and explained the situation to the rep and he still gave those substandard resolutions, I don't believe I was rude or nasty. Be nice to them.
