Is ordering gift cards (email delivery) from Target actually reliable? Seeing many of the reviews on the page saying that the codes come already redeemed and I don't want to spend $500 to get an already used code...

My purchase went through for a $500 Target gift card. It took about 1.5 hr for me to receive it through e-mail.

Could it be that some people's CC is declining the charge?

When you get it, apply to your account , "combine gift cards" and i think you are safe
