Got my emailed Target GC even though I was reading about cancellation while making the order.

I suspect some who ordered physical card might be getting cancelled.

Dude, where did you hear that? Did you read it on Fake Book? Geez. Target is not sending out gift card codes that have already been redeemed. They are computer generated genius. What you might be referring to are people that go into the store and get the codes from Apple gift cards for example and redeeming them.

Totally messed up how they just cancel orders randomly; I used three accounts, only didn't get canceled on one; when it didn't work, the offer was still there in my PayPal wallet but wouldn't make me place an order through the same payment method + wouldn't apply the coupon.

I ordered four $100 Target GC and one $100 Apple GC.

The offer is still there when I log into Paypal.
I am going to wait and let the dust settle and see if I can use the offer in another order.
