I always say never pre-order, and when they're admitting they'll be shipping an unfinished game I'll repeat myself, DO NOT preorder this! https://www.polygon.com/22634459/...-at-launch

I've got Ultimate Game Pass so I don't care about this deal, but I'm sick and tired of companies (I don't care if it's 343 or CDPR or etc.) shipping unfinished games and expecting us to shell out full price, F that.

If you previously ordered the game you can contact support to have them apply the $10 certificate (applied after the game is released) but since the DLC is pending (just released) they can't apply it yet so you may have to call and get that part figured out.

this. my majoras mask special edition along with my ni no kuni 2 came beat to crap. I had to order 2 copies of the last guardian collectors edition to pick the best one out of the two to keep lol. then they did away with gamers club and I stopped buying stuff from them I didn't need to begin with

Lol $80 MSRP gtfo of here with that. Steelbooks are common preorder freebies and $10 preorder certs used to be the norm. And with game pass it's devalued further.

Why didn't you return it? It's not like you couldn't buy it again for way cheaper when it finally gets fixed. It was on sale at Best Buy for $10 the other day.
