Yep. Best Buy consistently sends me games with damage to the cases. The game disks can typically be heard jumping around inside as I rotate the unopened case too, because they have such pressure during shipping and handling that it pushes the disk off of its center point.

I just had a replacement set of games sent to me, and one of those is unacceptably damages to me. Granted, I'm a perfectionist, but half the point of getting physical is to have a god damn perfect case.

Read about it on the official site, all first party games will release on gamepass. They've also had many AA and a few AAA titles drop day 1 as well. I suspect as MSFT dumps more and more money into this, more AAA games will release. EA is already on the bandwagon because of that fish MSFT $$ reserve.

You are 100% correct on that, gamepass is awesome. It also gets people to try games they otherwise would not try it they had to buy them. It's like some devs now pushing prices up to $70 for games.. nothing wrong with games as a service though, if people want to pay for skins or cosmetics, how does they hurt people?

Devs get paid for going on gamepass, and very nicely.. Why do you think they do it? Basically, if you make a good game, you"ll get paid.

Correct, although mine were auto converted after being issued the points from previously purchasing the game without the promotion. Help center chat issued them immediately as well.
