thats pretty stupid. the filters are standardized. i have this, it takes standard 10" filters, and quickconnect filters

The process to change them is not simple. Perhaps he just could not figure it out. How is this working for you?

the process to change the filters is the same as any other house or sink filtration, its standardized filters. If they can't figure out how to change a filter, then water filtration in general is going to be above their heads. It works fine. I got the model with the remineralizer, and i'm skeptical its working correctly, because my hardness strips still say the hardness is about 20. but that does indicate the reverse osmosis is working great.

I think I will go with this one because of the Alkaline and the filters are cheap. My son has it and it works great.

Decide to purchase this, been waiting on a deal because I was tired of paying culligan water monthly. Was delivered a few days ago and Walmart was kind enough to send me another one today.
