Used it for 2 weeks on the Mac and found the scrolling to be very annoying (occasionally non-responsive). With that said, I just realized it's actually the Logitech software's problem. My Logitech G5 mouse showing scrolling problems when i started using it again until I uninstalled the Logitech software this morning. I was using my G5 for the past 10+ years, just without Logitech software, now I'm back to it since it still works great.
If you check reviews, people have complained about scrolling issues for a long time. Though it sounded like MX 2 was mostly a software issue on Macs while the MX 3 was a hardware issue due to the new scrolling system. I tried some fixes people talked about and nothing worked. Just gotta uninstall Logitech's software, which means you'll lose out on customizing the buttons.
