per the T&C below, you must have their CC to get the savings. plus they charge the disposal fee and no life time tire balancing as Costco. i will wait for Costco.

I have tried on both vehicles and unable to get the install for free during this promo. Check all the tires that are included and even called and no one knows about the free installation with this deal.
