Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank Tooterfish
Also multiplayer is free and this is just the campaign (minus coop for now) so really no risk or reason to preorder. It cuts both ways but I assure you Halo is worth buying
It was awesome btw. Love the new guns and the look and feel was snappy af. Even the bots they had us playing against until the last day were cunning
Xbox anywhere or something like that?

Between delaying things further and releasing without those features, I gladly take the game now!
You're making some assumptions unless you have data for it - vocal minority? And most gamers are OK with basic features missing from a modern game? Halo campaigns are known for good co-op, so for a standalone campaign to release without co-op after 20+ years of having it is pretty ridiculous. After being delayed for so long and it still not having such a basic feature, that's not a red flag for anyone else?
But this guy was simple asking how the game looks per the beta, which is more than reasonable. He never mentioned buying, pre-ordering, etc.
You are calling the forge and co-op basic features? Yes, every first person shooter has them, right given they are "basic". Ok bud..
Red flag because its missing a feature most wont use on day 1? Its called prioritization. They are prioritizing the areas that most gamers will use. What's hard to understand about that?

In referring to "basic features" I was clearly targeting campaign co-op. Forge was not there since 2001, so I thought that was easy to infer what I was referring to.
Co-op is a feature that was in every Halo since the IP was created and co-op has been heavily associated with Halo campaigns ever since. It's not unreasonable for a 20+ year Halo fan to expect co-op in their Halo campaigns. What's so hard to understand about that?
