one review says bits not hardened enough. soft. i don't know if it matters for impact driver. i don't have one. have regular drill.

Just had the same question for a different order I placed. I spoke to a store rep and I was told they usually hold the item for 30 days even if the email says they will only hold it for 5. In any case, the rep told me that if you need extra time to pick up the order, you can just call in and let them know and they would have no problem holding for an extended time.
