Anyone have the issue where Amazon taunts you with a 20% off, max $30 AMEX promo banner on every single page, but you can't actually redeem it or you've already used it up? It won't go away for me.

Yes, I always choose physical one, even now amazon gc balance can not buy safeway any more. I guess they fixed the loop hole. sigh....

Happening to me as well, but the $10 off $100 works on my account even though its showing the 20% off max $30.
