OP didn't mention the terms say it's good for "debit card, Mastercard, Discover or Amex"
Also looks like you have to add one of these cards, not an existent payment method

I didn't have to add a card. An existing one worked fine.

In that case, generate new paypal key with discover and rep 5% cashback. Paypal kay is mastercard always.
