š Seems like a great deal to me. 1000watt, non-stick, about as simple as a flip waffle iron can be. At $15, get two+ if you have a big family.
Protips:
Waffle irons need to stay hot! Watch to make sure the temperature "ready" light is on before you pour the next waffle.
Flipping is important!
Re-oil before every cooking cycle
ā ļøā”If you want to use two waffle makers at a time, make sure your kitchen wiring is 20 amp to handle the 2000 watt load, or plug each waffle iron into separate circuits.
If you like edge brownies, this type of waffle iron will make wonderfully crispy maximum edge waffle-shaped brownies. It takes longer to cook than a waffle. Just make darn sure that the waffle iron is well oiled before every pour.
If somebody wants their waffle extra crispy, throw it in air fryer for 2 to 3 minutes to make the outer crust extra crispy ( like a soft but crunchy fortune cookie. ) Yum!
