I feel as though as the kiddo gets older and a bit more mature, this is a more robust and fun toy because it is all operated by only two handles and swivels at the seat. You don't have to reach over and grab the upper joint for certain maneuvers which is nice

Until the company ships those jobs overseas because it doesn't make sense to overpay someone to do a simple job.

We got to go back to making these huge toys out of aluminum/ wood. This level of plastic and durability, is just crazy for a toy which will get thrown away in a year

I agree, just found out my bright yellow steel Tonka drumptruck from 30 years ago was just handed down to a 5 year old nephew. That thing will outlive me!
