Can you elaborate what you mean, please? I have purchased a bunch of stuff from HSN without any trouble. And do you need to get your money back, are you referring to chargebacks or returns? Nonetheless, it's excellent deal for two units. It's more like BOGO free

You have to input everything including payment information, and there will be a place in the middle of the page on the left when you get to the "Submit Order" page to input promo code. It won't accept it until your payment information is in.

yes. and i think that credit card info must be a virgin number if you attempt to create a new hsn account just for the code.

Wondering if we will see a new gen for the 4k stick. Amazon usually announces stuff in October. Still my daily driver, and it was ahead of it's time for the price point, but admittedly it came out in 2018. Felt like they were justifying the 25 dollar price to get people on Amazon prime

I had the same thoughts. It would be fantastic to see a refreshed model with more RAM at least. I don't expect Amazon to change the CPU/GPU based on my experience with Fire tablets.
But more storage, RAM and up-to-date Android OS will make a huge difference.
