You will need a way to get air into the tire. Something like fix-a-flat would be better if you are looking for a quick temporary fix. Either way, make sure you take it right to a shop (or home) for a proper fix.
The one above isn't for vehicles with tire pressure monitoring. Apparently it has larger fibers which can't pass through those types of valves but will be better for my use: riding mower, bikes and wheel barrows.
Advanced Auto Parts has the one the original poster listed for the same price as Amazon. Amazon hasn't matched the gallon size, at least yet:
