Yes. Covers burn in. BTW, for all those interested..... I've got a buddy with a TV repair business. He informed me a couple years ago that LG will always cover "burn in" as long as you don't say those two words. You just need to say the colors aren't right. Or there is irregularities to the picture quality. Something like that.
He replaces panels all the time under warranty. Never had an issue getting a warranty denied. And he said "Trust me, when I call to get the warranty authorized, they know 100% I'm working on a TV with burn in."
They just don't want it to get out they have a burn in issue. Or better stated, they don't want to add fuel to that fire.
Also, he stated the issue is basically fixed. He rarely sees newer ones with burn in like he did a few years ago.
Also, I got the TV from Video Only about 4 months ago. Right when the C1 came out. You may be able to do better than $3k. They have no problem wheeling and dealing. Offer them $2700. See what they say.
I got an extended 3yr warranty tossed in also for that price.
I'm not seeing the point. This deal is $160 less with the GC and CB and comes with 1 more year on the warranty. You don't specify if their extended warranty covers burn-in or accidental damage.
Never heard of Buydig. Is this a reputable store ?
I bought this TV from them for a similar price and it arrived in one piece. They're not nearly as professional as Amazon or Best Buy, but you'll get what you ordered. Don't count on the warranty being any good - mine was through a company called CPS. I hope I never need it because google is full of horror stories.
