I can't help but feel like you read this wrong.

"Plan renews at $39 every 3 months"

Have the throttling been noticeable for you? I've heard that att is less aggressive vs t-mobile mvno's in that respect. I am on tello and it is nearly unusable in crowded locations.

When you make international calls, what caller id do they see on the receiving side? This is important for me because most people (at least my callers) won't answer unknown numbers.
I am on Lycamobile and planning to switch to an AT&T MVNO. With Lyca my callers see my number. I tried another TMO MVNO (can't remember the name) in the past, but my callers were seeing random local numbers.

From my past experience (and I've been on RingPlus, Red Pocket GSMA, Unreal, Mint, Tello, Cricket, and even Simple Mobile), the MVNO that has the least deprioritization (i.e. best MVNO) is Mint for T-Mobile and Cricket for AT&T.

The called party will see your number in their caller ID.

The "astronomical amount" is still for 3 months tho and it's pretty comparable to every other prepaid. $90 for 12gb for 3 months of service is cheap if Verizon doesn't work for you (aka you can't use US Mobile or Visible).
