How do you get the dlc? I don't see a button to add or anything. I added the base game to library.

Such a good game. Nice pickup for those who had Surviving Mars on Game Pass and are jonesing to play again.

If you get hooked, look out for dlc bundles on Humble Bundle, Fanatical, etc.
